Love going on Thursday nights for music bingo, fries and wings!! Brook is a delight and great server--nice smile and cheery attitude!! Fun every time!

EXCELLENT cocktails made right. Only got the steamer clams (delish), will have to come back to try other foods. Good service.

This place is Everson’s little secret. My husband and I just had the best night out in the past 10 years. The ambiance is relaxed yet energetic. The food is good quality and there’s a great selection. Our server, Brooke, was amazing. She gave us lots of feedback on menu items and her suggestions were excellent. There is also outside seating which was packed because of the nice weather. The bourbon is the perfect spot for a good meal, friendly staff and a great night out. Thank you to Brooke for being the best service I have ever gotten in Whatcom county!!

The staff, food & atmosphere are the best. Staff are friendly & polite, treat you like family. The food is delicious, my favorites are the Bourbon & Cranberry Walnut salads. I like to mix the 2 salads together The atmosphere is family oriented, relaxing & fun. Thursday is music bingo which is a blast. If you haven’t tried the music bingo you should. It’s so much fun & you don’t have time to dwell on the day to day stress of life for a couple hours. These are reasons I enjoy their company. Brooke Zima & the staff do a magnificent job running the restaurant & bar.

We are always welcomed with great attitudes and happy faces. We really enjoy the Thursday night music bingo when we can get away from work. The club sandwich is amazing, steaks are great, and when they have there special potatoes I’m in heaven. I can’t say I have had anything bad here. We will continue to come enjoy the great atmosphere, nice staff, and excellent food.

Came in around 3:45, was able to snag a table outside but moved inside since it was so warm. Got service right away, beers were cold, appetizer came promptly, and burgers weren't far behind! Nice folk, fair prices, clean establishment. Would definitely come back!

Came in today ( Aug 21’22). And discovered a whole new place! Great food , a wonderful patio and super friendly staff. We will be coming back here soon; again and again! ( our dog, Buster)

We usually hit The Bourbon on the weekends for burgers, which are SO GOOD!! We went on a Wednesday for something different and ordered the steaks. They were juicy, tender but one was more medium than medium rare. They could have used seasoning since the burgers are always perfectly seasoned. If you order a steak, you might want to just ask for the seasoning. We always start with the 6 Wing app. They are SO good-perfectly fried and homemade Blue Cheese & Ranch dressing. We al are partial to the fries which are always on point! Our servers are always delightful and the beers are always cold! It's about a 25 minute drive from our house and totally worth every minute of a nice drive in the country.
